Works best when taken at the same time every day, had light period at end of first three months. very little cramping so far. have taken yaz (hated!) and ortho tri/lo before and overall i like this so far, except for the light spotting, ... I have been taking this drug for about 3 yrs now and it has worked very well. It did take a full year to get into my system and I did have break through bleeding during this time. After that I have maybe had one or two incidents of break through bleeding. It works really well if you take it at the exact same time everyday.

I switched from Ortho tri cyclin lo to. This is my first pack. I find it easy to use. But I have noticed increased, extreme headaches. I have at least 2 a week. And I have had a little spotting, but that is listed as a side-effect for the first couple months. I have decided to switch due to the headaches but I haven't noticed any other side effects.
