I was going through a difficult time and was having a real problem falling/staying asleep for more than 2-3 hours. I couldn't take it anymore so I thought I would try benedryl since I remembered it made me sleepy when I took it for allergy problems. It worked great. I could feel myself getting sleepy for the first time in weeks and I stayed asleep for 10 hours. I only took the children's dose, ...

I like the quick melts because it provides a full dose that is NOT time released, like the capsules. Before finding the quick melts I had to carry around a bottle and 'chug' it when I began having a reaction. Other than the obvious problem with the liquid is that it is a children's formula, and you have to take FOUR teaspoons as opposed to ONE strip (adult formula) My only problem -- and it can be a big one -- is the availability of the strips. It once took me five pharmacies before I found them, so of course I bought all they had ... two! I realize that is not the manufacturer's fault, so they still get a 'very satisfied' rating.Read More Read Less

I don't think I will need it often, but it sure helped me get some much needed rest.Read More Read Less

The strips that are designed to dissolve on the tongue are wonderful. Children don't like to take medication and will frequently spit it out. The strips make that impossible! My only complaint is the flavor that you use. My granddaughter who has severe (life-threatening) allergies to milk and egg HATES the taste. Could you offer another choice? Thanks
