I started taking DUET-DHA prenatal vitamin prior to my pregnancy, it is wonderful during my pregnancy, it is not the most affordable Prenatal vitamin but it is great (prescription needed). My nausea is down to a minimum depends on the day (but no vomitting, YEAH, except for once I had some bad french toast, LOL), occassional insomnia other than that it's great; I look forward to using it while breast feeding.

Usually everything makes me nauseas, but I have been taking this for a week and my morning sickness has not gotten any worse. I will continue taking it, seems like a very good option for a prenatal vitamin!

I used this prenatal vitamin and I had no problems taking it nor did I experience any type of side effect. I was very pleased with this product.

I hav tried other PNV's and found a fishy aftertast with the omega-3. Not so wih this soft gel. It has ageed with me and it is very resonably priced. I would highly recomend it to all expecting mothers.
