I take this drug for spasms caused by MS. I take it at night and I sleep wonderfully. Now if I take a 2nd pill in the morning to relieve my 'stiffness' in legs, I feel like I'm so relaxed, too relaxed to participate in regular daily activities. But 1@bedtime does the job it's supposed to do!
