I am a 26 year old female and have been taking this medication for only about 2 months now. I can't even explain what a difference it has made for me! I can finally think and follow through on things that I was usually too "scatter brained" to handle before. The only problem I have had is that I have gained 6 pounds since I started the medication. I have been SO hungry! I know th ... Show Full Comment

I have been on 50 mg Vyvanse for ~1 week. I was diagnosed with ADHD in college and took serveral different meds (Adderall, Concerta, Phentermine, etc.) After graduation, I had no need to take them. I recently started a job in which I attend power school and deal with very complex subjects. I went back on phentermine (not normally used for ADHD, but the others were not strong enough) After a month, ... Show Full Comment

I'm 15 year young and I did take Adderall for about 4 years. But I wasn't eating very much and was kinda depressed a lot and did not work as fast as I needed it to work. So i was put on Vyvanse and while I thought it was working okay I relaized that I feel like I don't want to do anything and have trouble breathing. I have only been on this drug for about 3 months now

My daughter began taking this drug 2 weeks ago. While her stomach hurts and she is not sleeping much yet- she is much happier than she has ever been. It is as though she can now make friends and do her school work! Unfortunately its not quite going to fix everything. We are now examining the need for prozac.

I'm 27 years old, and I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD (hyperactivity and inability to focus). Within the first few hours of taking this drug, I feel great, happy and free of thoughts...the only complaint is a heavy chest and it is extremely hard for me to take deep breaths...I find myself gasping for air. As the day continues, I become extremely tired and I am absolutely 100% unable ... Show Full Comment
