The Nuepro patch (8mg/24hr) has been a godsend for me and my restless legs. All the other standard oral meds were only working sometimes. With my gastric bypass it was hit or miss with oral meds. I now only suppliment with an occasional norco.

It caused extreme daytime sleepiness. I had to stop use immediately, ( I tried to use it about a week) because I would be driving while asleep. I was taking it for Restless Leg, which disturbed my sleep. I have Post Polio Syndrome, and sleep with a CPAP.

Still between dosages 2-4mg. Take re quip with 2mg patch it restless legs continue through the night. This seems to help and get me back to sleep and relieve the episode. Not sure of side effects as am continually having a dull headache. Overall, this has been great as the re quip stopped working.
