Prior to my prescription on Lybrel I had severe periods. My periods came twice a month and were extremelly painful and heavy. I had blood clots and lost a large amount of blood because of it. I have been on Lybrel for two months and I have light spotting about once a month. It is so much lighter and less painful than before. It has been a positive experience thus far.

Been on this for 4 months now. I was bleeding for weeks on end before, and even a D&C didnt help. I still bleed but its no where near as long or bad. Instead of weeks, it will be a few days. Thats normal as it takes up to 7 months to fully work my Dr. says.

Mood swings and insomnia have been horrible.I have had spotting and bleeding continually for the two months that I have been using it! Rather have heavy 2 week periods than go through the side effects!
