Began my first injection of Lantus last night. Was nervous - but found it very very easy to use - not painful at all - and no side effects yet - had a BS of 142 this morning - but sadly had a BS of 300 two hours after breakfast. Have high hopes it will work - but not quite convinced with that 300 number. Keeping my finger crossed. Pray for me that it will work and I'll be doing the same for you! W

Today will be the first day of using this new medicine and I am very leary. It makes me very uneasy trying new meds, I know we are not supposed to go by advice of posts on WebMD by other users but because of some of the positive posts of how it works for others am I going to try it after holding it for about 2weeks before use, especially because I can see others are using this along with other dia
