I have twins so we always have two runny noses and coughs at a time. This medicine works great at drying up the runny nose and relieving the cough that comes with sinus drainage. I have used this on our severe colds and coughs for over 3 years. My children have never complained of any side effects. This was prescribed 2 weeks ago for my 17 month old daughter. It has fixed was almost a year of many other options(& a bad doctor) has not. She had pneumonia(hospitalized), tubes in her ears, and all the time, all she needed was this great medicine ! I have a whole new child on my hands, thanks to a new doctor that knew just what to give. It has dried up her chronic, non-stop congestion & runny nose. She is now sleeping through the night for the first time EVER. She has had no bad side effects. I just can't say enough positive things about Triall ! I know everyone's experience is different, but if you've got a child with chronic sinusitis/allergies/congestion/runny nose, I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try !Read More Read Less

This medicine is absolutely wonderful! My son was miserable with a severe cold. I took him to the doctor and was prescribed this Triall Syrup. It worked wonders! My son was only 2 at the time. It didn't cause excitability (no more than usual), it didn't make him overly tired. It was easy to use, and lasts longer than other medicines, keeping him comfortable. It upsets me to no end when people say that cold medicine doesn't help children under 6 years old...because it does help. It MAY not help ALL kids under 6, but just because it doesn't help ALL of them, doesn't mean that it is ineffective for ALL. Same goes for Tylenol. My kids' fever will not reduce with Tylenol. But it will with Motrin. So does that mean that the "powers that be" will soon be taking Tylenol off the shelves because it doesn't work for my kids? Read More Read Less
