79yo male with very enlarged prostate and totally inactive (no voluntary urination)bladder. I do three self catherizations a day to empty the "lazy bladder". About 400ml each time which is normal. I dropped Flomax a month ago because it killed the bladder - I also fired my GP then because he was negligent. Sex is normal; no emissions, but I don't need that at my age. When I finish the 30 pills in my prescription I hope the bladder and the prostate will return to normal again. Think positive!

Has anyone experienced blue balls while on this medication? Today is my fourth day on it and I had no ejaculation this morning during sex and now 2 hours later my testicles are swollen and are painful.

37 yr old male diagnosed with prostatitis. Low urine flow, pain in testicles and lower abdomin area. Pain on L/S of lower back. Tried FLomax and Alfusozin. Expensive, but worked within a day. Few side effects. Slight runny nose once in a while. Biggest issue was no ejacualtion at climax - did not fee natural. Feels different, but still feels good. I also believe I passed a kidney stone while using rapaflo. Best time to take rapaflo is in the evening. Forgot to take in the evening once and took early afternoon, definetly noticed slight dizziness - not good when driving in traffic. Doctor recommended taking for six months. Hoping to get off and have everything return back to normal, especially ejacualtion issue. On the plus side, rapaflo can be marketed as the first male contraceptive, if you can stand side effects.
