79yo male with very enlarged prostate and totally inactive (no voluntary urination)bladder. I do three self catherizations a day to empty the "lazy bladder". About 400ml each time which is normal. Has anyone experienced blue balls while on this medication? Today is my fourth day on it and I had no ejaculation this morning during sex and now 2 hours later my testicles are swollen and are painful.

37 yr old male diagnosed with prostatitis. Low urine flow, pain in testicles and lower abdomin area. Pain on L/S of lower back. Tried FLomax and Alfusozin. Side effects were to strong, compeltely stuffed up nose - unable to sleep, dizziness and palpatations at work everytime I stood up from my chair. Tried Rapaflo 4mg.
