every morning I get out of bed ,I find that my fingers are swollen and can;t seem to closed my hand

Bad nasal congestion. Hasn't really worked for me. Ended up in emergency room with blocked urinary tract.

I have a problem urinating, I get up three to four times at night as a result of my prostate enlargement. My Dr. prescribe RAPAFLO, my honest opinion has not do anything beneficial up to now, perhaps because I have been on this medication a little over two weeks, but my biggest problem I do not ejaculate that all even though I have normal erection, some thing to worry about because I mind you I’m ... Comment:
It has made urinating easier, so that's good since I'm getting radiation treatments for prostate cancer. Bad nasal congestion, it sure doesn't make my CPAP machine easy to use; Vicks in my nose has helped that somewhat. No erection or ejaculation.

Comment:
No ejaculation, high BP and real stuffy nose. Urine flow really good. Going to discontinue for a while. Severe stiffness in left arm and hotness in left thigh.
