The medication has changed my life. I am no longer getting worse as time goes on but have stopped the progression and actually Prolastin C has improved my lung function.

So far so good. I have been diagnosed with Alpha 1 for about 2 years and just started infusions on October 2014. Sometimes it makes me sleepy for a few hours after but usually no side effects at all. Thankful for this protein to hopefully stop the progression of my lung disease.

This stuff works to protect the lungs, I've been sick with a cold once in the year vie been on it and it went away on it's own without antibiotics...that is amazing to me.
