Certainly has cut down on getting up in the middle of the night. Now only one time. But the sex life has been almost nothing. When possilbe small amount of thin ejaculation (when I can get in the mood). If size matters then try something esle: noticeable shrinkage of sexual organs but breast enlargement. No hair growth or loss.

Less running to rest room.Srinking of prostate and PSA down to 1.5.Only get up once a night befor three times anight.

I was going at least three times a night. I have been on Finasteride for 9 months and now I just get up one time a night. Side effects: sex drive comes and goes, erectile still but not that often, small amount of ejaculation, and shrinkage of sexual organ: Penis is smaller both soft and hard. Overall it does work but sex life is unpredictable depending on desire or no desire.
