It makes my "morning sickness" worse. It helps to take it at night instead of in the morning. Even after I was out of the "morning sickness" phase, on days I took it in the morning it would make me slightly nauseaus for the first few hours of my day. It helps to eat bread/pretzels or a large meal with it.
