I'm on my third pack of Lo Loestrin Fe and can say that I have no real complaints. I did experience some queasiness in the first month I was taking the pill and felt the need to make sure I didn't take it on an empty stomach, but that went away as soon as my body adjusted. My first period on it came right when it was supposed to and lasted about 4 days which is fabulous for me since I tend ... Show Full Comment

First two weeks I had some nausea throughout the day after taking the pill. This eased before the end of the first month. Other side effects were breast tenderness, swollen/ slightly enlarged breasts, hard to control emotions, very light spotting instead of having a period. No weight gain. I'm happy with the pill overall.

I just recently stopped taking this pill in hopes of a pregnancy. This pill was my favorite by far. I took this drug for 3 years and I never had any problems. I suffered from migraines and this birth control helped tremendously. I never had periods. I would spot maybe 2 or 3 times a year which was GREAT! The only downside of this pill was I gained about 10lbs weight- however, it wasn't sudden ... Show Full Comment
