I started this medication on the first day of my period, and so far, the spotting still has not stopped. Other than that, I have no side affects, other than slight increase of hunger at times, and a bit of tiredness occasionally. As far as mood swings go, I feel that this medication has actually stablized me, emotionally, and I feel more level-headed since taking lo loestrin. Will review again ... Show Full Comment

I didn’t get my period while taking this pill so I end up taking a pregnancy test just to be sure (no period and feeling nauseated = pregnancy to me). Any ... Show Full Comment

I'm just finishing my first month on Loloestrin Fe (after almost five years on Yasmin / Ocella), and I love it! My (mild) acne has completely cleared up, no other side effects to speak of, and my period started right on time and is super light (although I've had a bit more cramping than I did with the Ocella). I have several friends who've tried this pill but stopped taking it because ... Show Full Comment
