I love this pill. It has worked wonders for me. I started using it after I got married, because I didn't like condoms, and the first month I spotted for the first week, and then during the week before the placebo pills. I am on my second month, on the second week, and so far no spotting! Have not noticed any mood changes, in fact, I think this pill may have in fact stablized my mood. Have ... Show Full Comment

Before taking Lo Loestrin, I was on Tri-Sprintec for over a year with few problems. Then my doctor switched me over to a lower hormone pill. This pill is awful. I tried to stick it out for 4 months to see if my body would get used to it and symptoms would go away, but they have only gotten worse with time. I haven't had a period since I started taking it, my breasts have been so sore it makes ... Show Full Comment

I started this medication on the first day of my period, and so far, the spotting still has not stopped. Other than that, I have no side affects, other than slight increase of hunger at times, and a bit of tiredness occasionally. As far as mood swings go, I feel that this medication has actually stablized me, emotionally, and I feel more level-headed since taking lo loestrin. Will review again ... Show Full Comment

I am currently in my first month of this medication, I am starting to wonder if some of the issues I am experiencing are related to this pill, based on some of the comments on here I am thinking that I may need to discontinue this BC. I have been very moody, easily frusterated, can not concentrate at work, and have had several days where I just want to sleep. Will be call DR tomorrow to see if I c ... Show Full Comment

This is my first and last month with this pill. After 10 days I got on WebMD to do some research and read review cause I was spotting, the spotting lasted for about a week and then the feeling of nausea and that lasted until I finished the pack. I didn’t get my period while taking this pill so I end up taking a pregnancy test just to be sure (no period and feeling nauseated = pregnancy to me). Any ... Show Full Comment
