My doctor thinks I may be moving from severe depression with anxiety to bi-polar. I have been taking Latuda for 5 weeks. First week at 80 strength, I was a 'zombie'. Zero appetite, slept 12-13 hours a night, hardly functioned. Doc said to take 60. At 60 I was less 'fogged', but had times of mania like episodes. I have been on this medication now for almost 2 weeks. I'm on 40mg at night and it seems to be working ok except that it makes me really sick and I've even vomited a couple of times being on this. I don't know what to do I am running out of options with these kinds of meds but I don't like the vomiting. ugh!!!
