The doctor prescribed Latuda for me for delusions. It has worked, however I am very tired. The doctor prescribed Nuvigil for this and this has worked. It's weird. I still feel tired sometimes, but am alert. I find it difficult to take with 350 calories, so I am eating dinner later and taking it then. This seems to help.
