Was taking 2 15mg OxyCodone per day for 1 year. Felt like I was in a fog and wanted off that stuff so I tapered to 1/2 per day and switched to 10mcg Butrans. What a difference...mind is clear, no more lower back pain after 10+ years, no more thinking about the next pill, no feeling of dependency. I'm on day 5 of the 1st patch and felt relief on day 2. Let's hope it continues to work well.

I am on the 10mg patch and it works wonderfully for my fibro myalgia muscle pain. It does help with the arthritis, but not as well as I had hoped.
