My pharmacy said Loryna was the same as Gianvi, clearly it is not! I started having spotting everyday till my period after about 3 days of starting Loryna. I also have experienced horrible bleeding during intercourse and major bloating to the point I can't take it anymore! I do plan to either find another pharmacy that still has Gianvi or I'll do ordering from the pharmacy. But it is not a ... Show Full Comment

Like many others I was switched from Gianvi to Loryna. It has only been a few months and I know my body has to go through an adjustment period but I am now a full cup size, maybe more larger. My breast would always feel swollen about a week before receiving my period but they have been that swollen for over a month now. Has anyone else experienced this, and when the heck does it go away?

I have been taking Loryna for about three months now, the first two months were not too bad, except for occasional acne and bloating, however I thought my body was just getting used to it.. Since then I have suffered bleeding during intercourse (I was horrified and SCARED) And also no sexual drive. This drug really freaks me out and I am going to try to see my doctor ASAP and get it switched. I ga ... Show Full Comment

Like many others, I was given Loryna in place of Gianvi. My pharmacy told me that Gianvi was no longer manufactured, which is a lie. I called my GYN and the nurse advised me that sometimes pharmacies get a kick back from using certain supply companies, nice eh? Well anyway, on Gianvi after a few years I was fine. Like any birth control my body had to adjust, and by now it has been great. I ha ... Show Full Comment
