I took this medicine a few weeks ago..is just horrible...i never had panic attacks..felt agitated most of the time..wierd thoughts..confussion..called my dr to inform this..advised to decrease dosage..and when i reached 20 mg..i felt worse that ever..i suspended and I wont take it again..my dr gave me lorazepan 0.5 mg and works way better..be careful with these viibryd..it was really bad for me..

After 1 week, I feel like my old self after a major depressive/suicidal episode that lasted 4 months. I switched from Celexa and have noticed an almost immediate improvement with little/few side effects. The only side effects I've noted are frequent urination and occasional "brain zaps". After 1 week, I feel like my old self after a major depressive/suicidal episode that lasted 4 months. I switched from Celexa and have noticed an almost immediate improvement with little/few side effects. The only side effects I've noted are frequent urination and occasional "brain zaps". I have not experienced any sexual side effects except for maybe an increase in sexual desire due to feeling more "normal" rather quickly. I'm very glad I was introduced to this drug. I had no hope before my doctor suggested that we try it. I go back in one week to report my progress. Unless something crazy happens in week 2, I'm going to continue this treatment with the blessing of my doctor.
