This has been incredible! Been on it for 3 months. Been on antidepressants for 8 years (zoloft 3 1/2 y, effexor 3 1/2 y, wellbutrin 1y. Also have had some generalized anxiety and last year PTSD after a physical assault and traumatic injury. I took this medicine a few weeks ago..is just horrible...i never had panic attacks..felt agitated most of the time..wierd thoughts..confussion..called my dr to inform this..advised to decrease dosage..and when i reached 20 mg..i felt worse that ever..i suspended and I wont take it again..my dr gave me lorazepan 0.5 mg and works way better..be careful with these viibryd..it was really bad for me..

After 1 week, I feel like my old self after a major depressive/suicidal episode that lasted 4 months. I switched from Celexa and have noticed an almost immediate improvement with little/few side effects. The only side effects I've noted are frequent urination and occasional "brain zaps".
