My daughter took the mist. She was the only one in my family to do so. Within 3 days she was very sick. A fever of 105.7. In my opinion, that's not a mild symptom. Plus all the other symptoms of the flu, they were not mild. Next was my son. Then, my husband and myself. We all felt it in our lungs. From what I've read, the mist isn't supposed to even make it to your lungs since it's weakened. I had the flu often as a child. This was not a mild version compared to my past experiences with the flu. Interesting that we usually never get any flu vaccine and don't generally get sick. But one of my children get the mist, and almost everyone in my family gets the flu. I'm waiting to see if the baby will end up with it. He did have the flu shot so hopefully not. I've read and been told that you can't get the flu from the flu mist or even pass it to others. That was not the case for my family. Read More Read Less
