After trying 12 drugs for hypertension, with strong side effects from each, Hyzaar had the least side effects and controlled the blood pressure.

leg cramps,makes it almost impossible to go for long walks,urinate often which is a pain. and headaches calling the doctor to get off of this it is loaded with to many side effect let alone the absence of a sex life with this medicine.

Hyzaar 100/25 worked well. No problems. Aetna used losartan for my last refill. Terrible burning in bones of hand, swelling, numbness and awful pain in hands about 2 hrs. After taking. Pain in leg and hips. Just standing takes a while to get moving. I am a very active person. I certainly didn't develop arthritis over night. Top of feet hurt to touch. Just threw away Losartan. I'll have to
