It helped me w gout and brain fog. Inflammation is gone, it is much easier for me to concentrate my mind, and i got a significant energy boost. My blood pressure also normalized (I take folate, b12, TMG, copper and zinc supplements also - all apart from this med). My LDL slightly went up maybe due to TMG. Unfortunately SAMe is too expensive.
