I was diagnosed when I was a child with migraines and had tried everything from Imitrex to Relpax and my dr put me on this RX and it has worked wonders. I get at least 3/6 migraines a month or more.. This actually knocks out the pain and helps me be able to focus on daily life.

usually if I take it when I have the aura, fioricet controls the headache most of the time

My doc started me on Treximet when he confirmed that my "eyeball headaches," as I called them, were migraines. It worked, but it gave me an unpleasant tingling through my shoulders and back. When it was removed from my insurance's formulary (meaning a $60 copay for 6 or 9 pills), I asked the doc for something else.
