I had daily headaches (which turned out to be migrianes) and took Goodys headache powders. The taste was horrible but they worked, and they worked fast. After taking 1-2 Goodys a day for 1 1/2 years, they almost ate a hole in my stomach. Upon going to a neurologist, they had me try every med. out there but the side effects were really, really bad. I've had migraine headaches for years and had tried everything out there. This has worked wonders for me. Some people become addicted to it and others misuse it so you have to be very careful. DON'T take on an empty stomach. The only drawback is the taste. If you get the nasty taste on your tongue, suck on an Altoid. Always works for me!
