I can't believe how terrible all of the reviews are for this BC. I took Vestura for over a year and LOVED it. I suffered from terrible break outs before taking Vestura but after the first month on this BC my face cleared up and was the clearest that it has EVER been! As expected, I broke out when I first started the pack but after 3-4 weeks my body adjusted and my face was unbelievably clear. ... Show Full Comment

I have used Yaz for years without any problems, but I HATE Vestura. I feel constantly depressed--even though mentally I don't have any reason to--even to the point of suicidal thoughts. I hate sex and I am tired all of the time. I feel like a crazy person on this pill and struggle hard to manage my emotions--and it really just feels like it's my body and not my mind. I've gained weight ... Show Full Comment

I put my 16 year old daughter on vestura about 5 months ago and she lost 5lbs. Has no side effects and it's been amazing for her periods and cramps. She spots for 2-4 days and has no cramps at all. I highly recommend this birth control.

During my last yearly exam I asked my physician to prescribe me a different birth control as I was not happy with the effect my old birth control had on my skin. I've always dealth with pretty severe hormonal acne and thought maybe a new form of birth control could help. Vestura has made my skin 10 times worse; it's so embarrassing! I've only been on it for 2 months so I'm hopin ... Show Full Comment

I asked my doctor for birth control during my last visit. Prior to that my partner and I had been using condoms exclusively for many years. I had taken ortho tri-cyclen and ortho tri-cyclen lo in college with no adverse effects. My doctor strongly recommended Yaz. My pharmacy filled the prescription with Vestura. I began taking it on the first of my period. I've taken them every day at the sam ... Show Full Comment
