The only good thing about Vestura is the fact that is prevents pregnancy...otherwise it's been a nightmare. Light bleeding every single day, depression, feeling tired every day, weight gain and bloating--and I am very active and healthy and otherwise living a wonderful life. Don't take it if ... I was on Gianvi for 2 years and had no problems at all. Walgreens stopped carrying Gianvi a couple of months ago and switched me to Vestura. Wow I have gone crazy since switching. Extreme depression, anxiety and panic attacks (especially the week before my period)! I have never suffered from anything like that before and it was life changing. I feel completely out of control of my emoitions. Also ... Show Full Comment

I was switched to vestura due to insurance and had previously been on Yaz. I during my second pack I became anxious and depressed as well. This medication should be pulled for sure.
