Every summer around July 4th I get a cough due to an allergy. I have found over the years that this works the best for me with the allergy, cough, and the runny nose. It usually will take me 2 weeks of being on this for me to get back to being 100% of myself anything less and I have to start over. I do not like taking 12 hour meds as for some reason I seem to have a problem with them.
