Falmina is horrible. I started taking it after coming off of the mini pill (safe pill to take while breastfeeding). I had never taken Falmina before. I was switched to Falmina to help with acne and to start having periods every tenth week. I love it. I have had no spotting and short periods when I do have them. It also helps with acne a little bit. Plus, I'm not pregnant!
