Mild flushing on first dose, and more on first 240 dose. Just rode out the heat, like a sunburn or pepper spray, last 20 minutes. No other issues, food just delays the reaction, take it right before you eat, especially fats. No other meds taken, just vitamins, and probiotics, no beef, no sugar, no sat fat.

Been on Tecfidera 8 months. Suffered from intense flushing that would last about an hour then fade away. Overall, was very pleased. About 3 weeks ago, the most intense itching started and hasn't gone away. Combined with my skin being hot to the touch and itching that causes me to scratch till I break skin- not happy.
