I took this 1x a day from Oct 12 to December 11. It was used in conjunction with a steroid drop for Uveitis/Iritis. I don't have much negative to say about this medication, other than the price. I luckily was told about a manufacturer coupon (google it) from Bausch and Lomb. I was able to get it at Walgreens for $25 as opposed to $400. I had blurry vision, but I am very confident that was the steroid drop side effect.

The usual dosage on the box suggest to use for 14 days. This small bottle 0.6 ml was provided by doctor after cataract surgery. I used this up in ten days. Because I used up the eye drops on Friday night, doctor's office closed on weekends. I can't get the prescription.

Didn’t really know why I was using this as doc or nurse never explained. But I looked on line and understand it’s use is for pain or inflammation. I’ve had zero problems after first cataract surgery. Next is scheduled for month from now. Hope all is as good.

Very very expensive and not covered completely by insurance. $300+ per tiny bottle. It does the job, just wonder why there isn't a generic if Dr's prescribe it all the time.

Developed pain in both eyes after cataract surgery and Durezol was added to the Prolensa routine. Eyes are red, itchy, light sensitive, blurred, and twitching. Very very dry. Post op effects have been a nightmare.
