i went on this after Lo estrin 24 was discontinued. I have ALWAYS been very petite, I exercise everyday and eat extremely healthy. when i started taking this, i gained a lot of weight and there was nothing i could do to get it off. it was extremely noticeable and uncomfortable. being miserable, i switched to lo lo estrin, and i already feel less bloated.

The side effects of this drug are pretty serious. I had bleeding for the first 5 months and severe depression and anxiety. After the bleeding stopped, my periods were longer than usual and I had spotting throughout the month, which aggravated my depression and anxiety. Terrible drug

I've started taking this medication 2months ago and it's just not for me. Total moods swings, feeling latargeic, losing my appetite and even worse my cycles have last over a week. Happy to say, I'm offically off this birth control.
