It worked almost immediately for me. I took it 3x per day and now only in the morning. No tiredness to speak of. My husband used it for prostatitis and dysuria while he passed a stone, and he got great relief. I have been on this med for 3 days for bursitis of the hip joint. The pain is nearly gone and swelling in the joint seems to be going away. I have high blood pressure so proceeded with caution. Dr. gave me only 9 pills. I will only use this med with acute episodes.
