I took my first dose of 40mg. Three hours later I was involved in a road rage incident (very unlike me) and a few hours after that began vomiting violently. I won't be taking it again.

I was initially on Cymbalta for 5 years. I asked to be taken off as I had gained 20 pounds and was not feeling as well as I did when first taking it. I lasted about 4 months. The depression had slowly been creeping back. I tried Prozac (again). This time, it didn't work; as a matter of fact, it made my anxiety much worse. My doctor recommended trying Fetzima. I started taking 40mg of fetzima and increased to 80mg. My doctor was trying to ween me off of viibryd which had horrible side effects. Fetzima seemed to help my depression in the beginning but I noticed I was agitated and crying a lot. I took this along with 25mg of bupropion. I'm going back to cymbalta.

I spent most of the week in bed. I couldn't function. I've backed off to 40mg & m ... Show Full Comment
