Have had Remicade infusions for 1.5 years. Felt somewhat better at times but don't know if it was the infusions or just the way RA comes and goes. During this time I have had numerous melanomas and two squamous cell skin cancers removed. Dr. is taking me off Remicade.

I was diagnosed with Non_Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer) during my treatment for RA. After 2.5 yrs and chemotherapy the cancer is benign and RA is benign as well. I suspect that Remicade had something to do with the cancer.

I have just taken two treatment and don't know if it will work yet but so far it hasn't my hands and finger hurt awfully bad especially the joints of my fingers but also my hands cramp bad and hurt

Was on Humira for 3 years...it saved my life ...loved it. At age 66, no more medical insurance because of retirement...had to switch to Remicade to get Medicare and supplemental insurance to pay for it. Hate the 2 and 1/2 hours sitting at the doctors for an infusion. Felt better on Humira. Definitely Humira is the better of the Biologics. Didn't mind injecting with the pen but 2-3 hours of inf ...
