I have been taking 3 tablets of sennosides 8.6 mg and docusate 50 mg for several years now. I take 1 tablet with breakfast and 2 with my evening meal. I am still not a regular pooper but my stools are no longer dry, hard, and painful to pass. I wish I had discovered this wonderful remedy for hard stools 35 years earlier than I did. It has made my bathroom time much more pleasant. I now have a young grandson who seems to have inherited this dry, hard stool problem. It pleases me that he will NOT have to suffer for the first 30 years of his life until he finally discovers how to treat his condition like I did.Read More Read Less
