I took Promethazine before, and my doctor told me Ondansetron (generic for Zofran) was safer. So far, I miss the Promethazine! Promethazine made me very tired, but worked all day, and gave me an appetite. With Ondansetron, I still feel nauseous all day and can hardly keep food down. Saltine crackers are my friend, but even they make me feel sick sometimes too. This medicine is not worth the heada

this medication worked great for me. i had very bad morning sickness and it did help ease my nausea all day. only thing i have to say is that after the 8 hours were up to take another one, if i did not i was sick again.
