I take the generic form of Provigil and I notice bad headaches everyday but it seems to help me wake up otherwise I sleep all day all night all the time due to severe central apnea, fibro, chronic fatigue, ptsd which caused all my illness to begin.

I have MS and Narcolepsy. Without Provigil, I couldn't function. I take 200 mg/1XD. Anymore than that speeds my heart rate up and my blood pressure rises. I am getting ready to start taking the generic (Modafinil), I hope it works the same with no additional side effects.
