I normally use the depo-provera shot, but having moved overseas where it was illegal, I had to choose another option. The pill made my periods incredibly light. They last a half day or a day. However it is the most severe my PMS has ever been: mood swings, headaches. The PMS comes about 7-10 days before my period and lasts (in varying intensity) until the end of my period. It would subside for a few days but then return about the Saturday before I started ... Show Full Comment

This pill worked great for pregnancy. My skin cleared up A LOT. Helped a lot with my cramps, and ovarian cysts. I had to stop taking it because my blood pressure went up after almost a year being on it. I did experience headaches, moodiness, no sex drive, bigger breast, breast tenderness.
