I always get terribly congested with head colds, and it really dried everything up so I could actually breathe through my nose!

That is, till 3 weeks ago. Then I was presented with all the side effects and stopped taking it forever. Side effects still going and I'd like advice on what to do. I had a clean bill of heart health 3 months ago. I do drink plenty of water.

I had the fast heartbeat side effect, so Im hoping I'll be ok. Im not gonna take it anymore, its a shame because it actually kinda worked.
