thought all was ok until i read report that stated use of pioglitazone for more than 2 years or exceeding 28000 mg results in83% higher risk for bladder cancer-- now i hear it has fda warning attached--any suggestions?

I've been on Actos for 2 months. My sugar level dropped to norm within 4 days. No side effects so far.

have gained 50lbs since starting, and retaining water like crazy. i take off my socks an there is a one inch to one1/4 inch differeence between my ankle an calf.
