I have bilateral knee pain and the patches are very helpful in relieving the most intense pain. I have used them for several years and they are very good. The fact that I can cut them to size is helpful as it saves me money.

My doctor prescribed this after I developed back problems following a car accident; since I broke my tailbone two years previous that's where my pain was worse. I took off after eight hours, I was extremely hot all night and had very vivid nightmares. I'm going to try again during the day and hope I don't have the nightmares again.
