This medication does not always work. I took 2 pills,(you only need to take one now). I had unprotected sex took it within 12 hours and had unprotected sex that evening and took it 36 hours (max) later. Four weeks later I find Im pregnant. they say 89% if taken within 72 hours, doctors office actually tell you 70%. Be careful!

Took Plan B within 12 hours of unprotected sex. No side effects happened within the time the box mentioned. And come to find out 5 weeks later I am pregnant. Needless to say not happy at all. The box and the reviews fail to tell you that if you are the slightest bit overweight based on your BMI it will not work - it drastically changes the effectiveness.

Proceed with caution! Yes, its great to have a solution for accidents, but this manufacturer needs to be more forthcoming about the side effects. I had a horrific experience with this pill. I had extreme anxiety and no energy for at least 4 weeks after taking this. They say these systems can last 24 hours. Not true. Multiply that by 30. This also created a 15+ day period AND an ovarian cyst ... Show Full Comment

Took this pill not even 24 hours after unprotected sex and now my period is 10 days late. I took two preg. tests that were both positive. A waste of 50 dollars. I also had severe side affects including nausea, emotional roller coasters, vomiting, constipation, and also fatigue.

My fiancé and I had unprotected sex in December of 2014, I was on my first month of birth control so to be safe I took Plan B. During the middle of January of 2015 I was experiencing breast enlargement, spotting and mild cramping. I never missed a BC pill and I took Plan B within 12 hours of unprotected sex. I had my period faithfully every month, nothing was out of the usual. I didn't kn ... Show Full Comment
