I have a few dizzy and/or weak spells using this medicine, but it's a lot better than having a seizure. I was also told by my neurologist to take vitamin B12 with it once a day and another dose at night without the B12. Taking 500 mg twice a day. I was having a seizure once or twice a week, and have no more since being on this generic for Keppra.
