500 mg keppra In the morning and:
1000 mg at night. The 1000 is way 2 much for me at night..So, I usualy take only 500 mg @ night..Sometimes 750 or the full 1000 depending if I miss my morning dosage..I take the Keppra along w/ dilantin 100 mg in am & pm.
If I take the full 1000 mg's I sleep very long..I also wake up feeling very lost weak and still tired..very stiff
