Been on Protonix for three years now. Best drug for this condition. No side effects at all. The only concern I have is long term use of this medicene. Good thing for insurance to help cover the cost! Just remember to take it every day or you might regret it.

Quite simply, no more heartburn at night or during the day. I will know about the actual healing when I go back to the doctor in several months.

it works, I am concern of the length of time I should continue taking it. I tried to get off and the heartburn returned. How long is it save?

I have suffered with GERD and lack of sleep because of it. My daily life was suffering terribly. Finally got this drug and was hesitant because of the cost but am relieved that I am able to pay for it because I now have my life back. This isn't a miracle drug.
