I started taking Promensil about a month ago and have been feeling great. I ran out 4 days ago and haven't been able to get to the pharmacy. Last night for the first time in a month I woke up with hot flashes. I'm on my way to the drug store now!

So stopped all HRT's. A few weeks later I began to get hot flashes and changed nightgowns as many as three times a night because of the sweating.
