I had a horrible cough for three weeks. Saw doctor twice and took prednisone, super anti-biotics, cough syrup, antihistamines... all with no results. Found Alka Seltzer cough and cold and relief was immediate. Finally feel better.

I have taken other night time medicines such as Nyquil and have never had a problem and have never fainted for any other reason in my life. I've had hear ... Show Full Comment

Taking this during the day then the night time version before bed. Taste isn't too bad. Works really well; you don't realize how well until it wears off! Minimal 'medicine head' effect.

I had been using DayQuil and NyQuil fighting the Flu for a week now with limited results (they normally work well for me), but a co-worker gave me an Alka-Seltzer at work yesterday. After about 30 minutes, I felt better than I had in a week. Last night I took the Alka Seltzer Plus Cold & Cough PM and got a peaceful full nights sleep. When I woke up this morning, I didn't have the medici ... Show Full Comment
