My 5 yr old son was put on this a yr ago with ADHD it worked fine for him untill he got immuned and they upped him to the highest dosage and they switched him to Adderall.. as for my 4 yr old who had ADHD/ODD it has not worked at all.. he still can't concentate in school, is still very hyper and the ODD had worsened.

my 5 yr old daughter has been on 18mg for about 5 months and can concentrate better but the side affects of anger and out burst are becoming too much. violent out burts, shoving, hitting and throwing things are out of control. and has increased since being on this medication

My son is very active at home even while on this medication he seems happier overall and you can tell if he misses a day or two. I was a skeptic, now I'm a believer. I believe this is a case of both parents having to work to buy gas, food, just to survive and both are tired when we get home.
